Natalie Cook is a high-school senior from from Flower Mound, Texas. She recently became the first woman ever to win both the Garmin RunningLane Cross Country Championships in Huntsville, Alabama and the Eastbay Cross Country Championships (formerly the Foot Locker Cross-Country Championships) at Balboa Park in San Diego. She will be running for Oklahoma State in college. She ran the 5k course in 16:03.93 to win the Garmin Championships and 17:15, winning the Eastbay Cross Country Championships. (read more here)

Fourteen competitions currently feature on the 2021-2022 Cross Country Tour Gold calendar. The tour takes in many of the stops that formed part of the Cross Country Permit series, including the Cross Internacional de Soria, Cross de Atapuerca, Campaccio and Cinque Mulini. They now sit alongside new additions to the tour, including the CrossCup de Hannut, the Cardiff Cross Challenge and the Cross Country Classic in Eldoret, Kenya. (see more news on tour here)
